Simply put, the Air-Motion Roasting process involves coffee beans being suspended and roasted on a bed of hot air.
The vortex within the roasting chamber created by the air, roasts each bean at the same rate from all directions creating an even roast.
Now adding to this, our intricate designs on the AMR roast chamber not only provides a convection heat transfer, but also provides a conduction heat transfer, this results in an unprecedented added body to the coffee bean, that is quite unique in Air-Roasting technology today.
And then there’s more… By further adding a highly sophisticated extraction system, which removes dust, chaff, smoke and other impurities from the roast chamber, this ensures a cleaner, purer and well balanced roast in the cup.
