Roast Chamber
A stainless steel, Open Chamber Roaster™ (OCR), for a full sensory roasting experience; immediate response heating electrical element bank, monitored by highly sensitive thermocouples, providing crucial roast information In real time.
Cyclone
An over-engineered extraction system removes dust, chaff, smoke and other impurities from the roast chamber; collects All foreign particulates into a removable collection bin; extracts diluted exhaust air and cools it down before omitting Into the atmosphere.
Touchscreen Interface
Touchscreen control, with roast development and profile tracking in real-time, presenting five different graphs; recording First Crack Information, end temperatures and total time. Internal roast profile data logging capability.
Work Station
Fine-tuning control dials, adjustable LED work light, mesh lid dust extractor, bean retainer lid, full view open chamber roast Console.
Cooling Tray
After water dousing occurs in the roast chamber to immediately stall the roast and begin the cooling process, the roasted coffee beans are then dumped into the highly efficient cooling tray, with agitator arms to churn the beans while cool air is being sucked through them, it cools the beans down in a matter of minutes.
