April 2025 - Visit to Skyrocket Coffee in Bertram Texas USA

One of the highlights of our USA trip was to visit Skyrocket Coffee’s roasting facility, in Bertram Texas. We were met by the amazing couple, Chris and Crystal Green, who own and run Skyrocket Coffee.

The proud moment for us was the stunning display of the 12Kg and 6Kg AMR Roasters that took centre stage in the production of their coffee from beans to grounds, to their ever popular Cold Brew.

We shared many coffee stories and got to learn more of the Skyrocket Vision of giving back with their Mission of “transforming lives through the power of books”. So, in order to achieve this, Skyrocket Coffee dedicates a portion of their proceeds to supporting reading and literacy programs and have partnered with many nonprofit organisations to achieve this by, “a cup and a book at a time”.

However, have I mentioned how good their coffee actually is, Oh my ! Crystal has surely honed her skills on the AMR Roasters for sure, and this lends itself to yet another AMR proud moment.

Chris and Crystal, we absolutely loved spending time with you guys at your Roasting facility, we love what you stand for, we love your coffee and most importantly, we love the beautiful people you are.
